The Food

What will I eat and drink?

BREAKFAST

The breakfast is a traditional French breakast:

  • The baguette: fresh from the oven or lightly toasted? It's up to you.

  • Tartines: topped with butter, sweet or semi-salty depending on the region, jam and honey.

  • Viennese pastries: croissants with butter, pains au chocolat, brioches or even pains au raisin.

  • Fresh fruit juice: mainly orange or grapefruit,

  • A hot drink: coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

LUNCH

Lunch at CampJoli is French picnic style or BBQ:

Imagine a sunlit picnic adorned with artisanal cheeses, freshly baked bread, charcuterie, and vibrant salads brimming with Provence flavors.

Or picture a smoky summer BBQ, where juicy grilled meats and vegetables sizzle over the flames, paired with herbed dips and chilled rosé.

DINNER

Dinner is traditional French family meals:

Gather around the table for a home-style feast curated by our private chef, where each dish feels like a warm embrace from a French grandmother. Think coq au vin, ratatouille, or creamy gratin dauphinois, accompanied by crusty bread and fresh, seasonal sides.

And dessert? Expect decadent treats like silky tarte tatin or chocolate mousse that melt on the tongue. Naturally, no French dinner is complete without a bottle of wine perfectly matched to your meal.

I have a specific diet, can you accomodate?

Our private chef can accomodate a wide variety of different diets, Halal, Vegetarian, Allergies, etc..

Just make sure to share your diet preference with us at least 30 days before the camp starts so that our chef has ample time to prepare for you.

And Remember:

Savor every bite, every moment.
